Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Trip Concierge, including the planner, free previews, paid Full Reports, saved reports, and related account features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Trip Concierge is an AI-assisted travel research and decision tool. We organize information about hotels, apartments, resorts, meal plans, estimated costs, transfers, reviews, trade-offs, and questions to verify before booking.

We do not operate as a travel agency, make reservations on your behalf, or sell hotel rooms, transfers, flights, insurance, or other travel services. You choose and pay the relevant third-party provider directly.

The MVP Full Report is a one-time digital purchase priced at $2.99 USD before applicable taxes. It covers the trip brief associated with that purchase and is not a subscription.

FastSpring is the merchant and seller of record for purchases completed through its checkout. FastSpring processes payment, calculates applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. The payment transaction is also subject to FastSpring's Terms of Sale. Our refund commitments are described in the Refund Policy.

Trip Concierge remains responsible for delivering the digital report and providing product support.

A report may be connected to a purchase receipt, secure browser access, or an account you create after checkout. You are responsible for protecting access links and account credentials. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your report or account.

Travel information is time-sensitive. Prices, taxes, availability, meal-plan inclusions, alcohol rules, cancellation terms, renovation status, beach or reef conditions, and transfer schedules can change after a source is checked.

Report prices and totals are estimates unless explicitly identified as a confirmed quote. Before paying a booking provider, verify the final price, dates, room type, occupancy, taxes, transfer arrangements, meal plan, cancellation policy, and any detail that is important to your trip.

Reports may link to hotel websites, booking platforms, maps, review sites, or other independent services. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, or performance. Your transaction with a third party is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.

You may use the service for personal travel planning. You may not:

• attempt to bypass report access controls or payment requirements;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated access that harms availability;
• resell, republish, or systematically extract reports or underlying data without permission;
• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Trip Concierge and its original software, design, report structure, and written analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the trip information you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee a particular hotel's availability, price, quality, or suitability, or that a report will identify every possible option. No report replaces your own review of the final booking terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip Concierge is not liable for losses caused by a third-party travel provider, changed travel conditions, missed connections, booking decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. These limits do not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, payments, or the service, or when these Terms are materially violated. We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will apply prospectively.
